Joined this crap organization in January and didn't receive my salary

i joined them in January 2023 and they are not giving my salary and neither incentive. reporting manager is worst. he doesn't know anything about sales and now they are forcing me to sign agreement. Now i have gone through their reviews and found they are doing same with all. they are forcing their employees to write fake postive reviews. If you will not write they will abuse you.
