My personal experience says that it's a best place in industry where they treat fresher as child and give enough time to learn and work for long period of time. There are many developers who are working since 10 years and I think they will never leave this company because of job security, appraisal on time, life work balance.

Working here is time waste,useless they will torture employees for releviling and trust me notice period is completely depends on management mood not on clause mentioned on ur offer letter I think trice before joining here

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
