Head of Human Resources is arrogant and does not treat employees well Frequent transfers and shifts from one department to another Employees close to the CEO get promotions, irrespective of their worth Ineffecient operations - Many times operations people will not take your calls as their madam has instructed them not to pick up your calls and be rude to the employees who call them to check about payments made to the clients. Actually, rest of the teams are not aligned to business team. The business team should beg the operations team to make payments regularly, while customers keep shouting for receiving payments. At times we feel that we are working with a government entity. One of the business heads is so rude to employees. He haarly speaks to any of his team members to motivate them. He can only shout at them and point out mistakes. Not at all a leader. Credit team is pathetic. They assign credit managers after a week to 10 days of submitting a proposal. They get to work from home (an alterante to leave) and do nothing. Credit head is a very kind person. So, credit team enjoys work from homes and do not work at snails pace....Read More
