(In)Human Resources Team. Promises = 200%. Promises taken care of = 20%. 1. Though there were several harassment allegations against the top management, the HR team had kept it under the hood, pacified/shut the harassed and prevented it from coming up on any platforms or reports. Fast forward, due to external pressure, the main culprit is out (at least from the company website, but still a shareholder). More wickets to go down soon. 2. There is favoritism for higher castes - benefits (tangible/intangible) flow in favor if you belong to certain communities and are in good books of them. 3. Workplace Certifications - botched. Group of employees asked to virtually sit in batches and write good things. 'Anonymous' surveys are not anonymous - your team boss can call a meeting and ask about the bad reviews you gave. 4.
