There is nothing to like about the company. Absolutely Nothing. The best place to work and Best tech startups are all awards which have been bought by them.

Dislikes

The founders suck big time. 1. The worst culture a company can propagate 2. Favouritism at its peak 3. No respect for intelligence. Zero technology company 4. Projects start and shut down without any reason and purpose 5. A lot of employees face harassment and it is such a irony that this company is winning awards. I mean atleast this is worth a laugh if nothing else 6. No job security whereas it is preached that Samunnati is a very secure company, it is absolutely not. 7. I am sure even this review may be deleted like the last few reviews because how else will they get rigged awards next year. 8. Employees are not paid well. Oh, that is wrong to say. Employees who have "good relations" with founders/ senior Management are extremely well paid. I request everyone reading this review to kindly not join Samunnati and to please look for some other alternatives becuase any alternative is a better one as compared to joining Samunnati....Read More
