I worked for 3 .5 years as a ABAP developer and learned a lot . All the employees are very helpful . Its a best place for the beginners . Good salary as per your profile. Company provides so much of facility to their employees like free transport, work from home , free food , cafeteria , gym, soft skill training, education assistance and team outings.

Dislikes

Only issue is very less opportunity for onsite project. It is quite difficult to move abroad . But if you like to work in india then there is no issue .

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
