One who do not want to grow in career and have ni expectations from company can only work here. No skill upgradation, no learning, nothing to boost your enthusiasm. Favouritism is one of the most favourable key over the talent here. Higher management is like villains in old movies like Gogo, daga n teja who just want to use you in any way they want. Skills degradation will eat you slowly to realise and by the time when you want to move out, you will find yourself in a pit struggling to come out and it will take all your efforts and strength to get out of it. I was there for 7 years and it took multiple rejections and insults during interviews to realise that I have wasted it all. Dont just go by the name and money, think of your future and skills upgradation, of which I am sure you wont get it here. Rest is upto you, time is powerful entity that can corrupt your mind to join here....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
