Well i could think of nothing that i like about this company. They have give zero support to employees during this harsh lockdown. They opened office in the middle of may itself where nearly all of india is locked down. They did not show any concern about employees health. They did not provide wfh before lockdown and called employees at night 10 pm on sunday(lockdown starts from monday) to collect their laptops. Their is was no WFH culture in this company. Before 'Janta Curfew' employees asked for WFH or any other alternative. The upper management replied that the mortality rate is too low for you to give WFH. Then lockdown happened. Within 1 week they developed the infrastructure for WFH. We did WFH till lockdown 4.0. On 1st June the higher management said that No WFH will be allowed, all the employees have to come to office. They are planning to call all 2000 employees at their workplace Sector 62, Noida daily for 9 hours and keeping their lives at risk. Employees that work here come from different locations like Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad etc. This whole company is a joke....Read More
