Can stays for long if you don't have ambition to work on latest Tech. 5. Assures very good job stability 6. Feels like improved government agencies.

1. Lack quality of work 2. Irritating SWC test environment. 3. Biasing & Lack of Pay Hike transparency makes chaos within employees 4. Pays very Less if you compare with other Big Tech. fish in the market. 5. Lack good process for project or non-project work. 6. Koreans rule the company.

Get to work on all samsung product. Too many opportunity to travel specially South Korea. They alway make sure not hurt any employee financially or any other way. Lots of Free facilities.(lunch, transport/cab, gym).

Dislikes

I dont know why HR and management fear from koreans and don't hesitate to raise questions. South Koreans are very good in nature and always listen to the problem. (well there are some exceptions but mostly are always helpful). WFH is big issue, they have not good infra support for WFH.(during Covid time). So you might be forced to join office during Covid Time when all other companies are WFH
