No incremental salary plans. A lot of office politics. Excessive workload. If the company incurs losses, they reduce employee salaries. Managers force employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays. No job security. If you argue with your superior, they put you on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). No work-from-home option.

The job security. Specially for Sales people as they will ask you to leave in 2 months period of your joining and this is consistent from past 16 years. The company lay’s off twice in a year. No sales process are followed and nothing so systematic. No sales team is there and conservative sales approach. After reading this comment if u are thinking that I may be some stupid guy and you are different and will achieve heights in this organisation then please keep your overconfidence and ego a side. It’s a serious and genuine reminder folks.
