There is nothing such to be liked. Samtech is a terrible company to work. There is no job security. All work on line count and there is no minimum assurance of work available. So it is very hard to survive in such a situation. Moreover there is also over-staffing of staff, so work availability is low.

Dislikes

As mentioned above, no job security, no minimum work availability. You get salaries credited after 2 months, no fixed date.

Work Details

I have worked very hard but my hard work was not appreciated and staff flatters the boss gets all the appreciation. So it is a worst place to work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The owner is so down to earth having no ego at all. The working environment is good with no back-biting. A good earning opportunity for a person who minds with his/her own work can earn a good amount, flexible working hours, good accounts and clients.
