- Good employee benifits - No micro management

- Althoght there are learning opportunities but it's not structured to get the best out of an employee. - Being into sales I can say that the solutions are overpriced as per the Indian market hence acheaving numbers is a tedious task. - Illogical targets and complex incentive plans. - Nothing is simple here, every small change is complex in itself. By the time you figure out what the change is, it changes again. - Process is to make people efficient and feel happy of what they do and produce good results. Here the process is a total pain. Simple things are made complex. - Bogus leads passed on by the SDR team. - SFDC needs to realise that Global standards won't work in the Indian market. You need to build solutions and policies as per the market. What may have worked in the US may not necessarily work in India....Read More

unfair promotions, TC to STC promotions are very difficult. Also some people get promoted unnecessarily with some politics. Work hard you will not get promoted, don’t work make your manager happy they will promote you
