I like Marc Benioff's visionary leadership who strives for greater good of the people and also for changing the state of the world. His 1:1:1 philanthropy model, 1 trillion trees plantation, his support during the pandemic. Company culture and work life balance. There are many good things about Salesforce. Good PayMaster, fostering equality.

Dislikes

One thing I was not in line was the way the recent workforce reduction was done. Many great performers were impacted and many non-performers are still in the company. I agree that Salesforce had to take this decision for the betterment of the organization and for the future growth, I feel it was done in a better way. This is the only one thing which is creating insecurity and affecting the company culture, but I am confident that Marc will turn the tables around and bring back the same glory for all the people of the organization, and will be a great place to work....Read More
