The company overall is good to work. They have very good policy and compensations for there employee. Salesforce has a open work culture and you are given chance to work independently.
Developer support/ success agent role in salesforce is waste. There is lot of pressure on the employees you need to handle 6-7 new cases every day. Career growth is limited and there are no opportunities for the developer support guys. This project completely focus on survey and there is no work life balance.
I am with salesforce with more than a year and half and the journey has been tough here. Lots of cases and calls to take.

If any Salesforce Professional wants to see and experience live hell then Customer Support Group (CSG) at Salesforce,Hyderabad is the right place to be.
No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Management is not upto the mark.
Worked as Developer Support Engineer at SF, Hyd and experience was not nice as work culture was hectic because daily assigned more Global Customer cases to resolve. There are Escalations and Client Surveys when dealing with cases with strict timelines.
