In short everything, their way of working, their package, they pay as if they're doing a favor, most importantly the behaviour of the management, specially the so called CEO. Doesn't even have the basic courtesy to talk. Unreasonable targets and expectations. No benefits. All fake commitments. Salary paid at their wish and you can'teven ask for it why is it being delayed. WORST COMPANY EVER!!Would never recommend this organization to anyone.Most unprofessional organisation. The directors can screw your career. No holidays as the UK director thinks that since the business in UK,INDIAN employees in INDIA are not entitled to Indian holidays and also Since we are working in India not entitled to UK holidays as well. Nothing at all. First of all i though let's give it a try as a good startup but after getting into the company got to know so many things and also 0% job security with lots of issues. They will not give you a proper training as they don't have any proper training procedure and they can ask anything and asks for 100% on certificationwhich depends on person to person as most of them have not gone through any certification and still doing the work. There is no such pattern and rules they follow as per their choice. After having a a good experience from same background ir they take an employee they should know how to treat.
