I am working as an Integrated Teacher with Visual Impairment students. And all the students are studying in Inclusive schools. so working Teaching the VI's is a challenging task sometimes, but along with that ,each day learning new things from students.

There is office politics and the management doesnot address our issues.

The job is quite interesting .I struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job.
