They have made major changes in 2024 - Micro management, Bad appraisals. Don't expect anything in yearly review they just tell you this is the hike you'll get, no one cares to actually give the review. Salary growth is not there, there will not be growth in skills as well. Very monotonous job with less salary. You'll get extra work responsibility but with reality less salary.

Dont apply for Sakon, Recruiters are very unresponsive, they will only call you until interviews, after that they will never share feedback and never pick up your call, and even they wont reply your email, might be they are practicing of interviews, I will suggest you never try for Sakon

Improper Management. Appraisals does not happen based on performance, no matter how hard you work. Management is manipulative. Totally waste of time, no future goals and growth road defined. Company management is too worst. The decision making is too worst. They won't care about employees health. They forcefully terminate the employees in just one day by blackmail. No work life balance. No use no growth in the company. Lot of cost cutting and it effecting the employees.
