This company is a complete disaster. Not only is the work culture toxic, but the management also pressures employees to write good reviews, even when the experience has been far from positive. It feels forced, and it's clear they’re just trying to cover up how bad things really are. There’s no respect for employees, and it’s all about making quick decisions with no regard for people’s futures.
