Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Company Higher Management is the only thing good here. But I think that is also going away day by day. Company is ok ok place to work if you are starting your career as a fresher. If you want to ait idle and get no work than best company for you. Sentrifugo is the only project that you get to work in if you are a fresher. By the waythis time they are working on version 3. Company doesn't have many projects.(2-3 max) If you are joining the company as a fresher there is a high chance that you need to sit on bench for a very long period. Company is hiring a lot many interns and firing the existing employees. The same thing might happen to the Interns in the coming months. Pay is very less. Hr's here are having bossy attitude.
