Sagarsoft has great leaders , they have great clients and treat their employees as most valuable asset. You will never feel a work pressure here even in challenging times and when you have extremely close deadlines but the beauty is we are able to meet deadlines easily , the work gets done. Everyone's is given opportunity to share their views and given open forum to talk their minds out. Company pays on time and never missed to pay our incentives on time which is great we never have to go back to HR ever checking on reasons for not receiving the incentives that we earn. Great HR team , technical team , finance team overall each and every person is very approachable and very helpful and I would say this is one of the best company I have ever worked in my entire career....Read More

Sagarsoft is vary good company for work. the work culture is good. the technology used here are cutting edge and there is a great scope of learning new technologies. managements is very good.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
