I just completed 6 months of working experience with Sagar soft & in a short time I have a good experience with work culture & management, so hoping a long way to continue with this organization to achieve my career goals. I observed in this organization- management treatment to Employees is very well in every circumstance.

Dislikes

In Sagar soft- the management is good through over from each department like, HR, Admin, Accounts departments.

My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely ,also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for there efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HE Department and well organized laboratories with employee safety arrangements And there are many such good things but these are major points.

Me as a Talent Acquisition process employee use for recruiting and tracking and interviewing job candidates, and On Boarding new employees. It is usually function of Human Resources (HR) Department.
