Forces employees to work 12-16 hours a day without giving any extra pay. Unprofessional/ threatening behavior from managers and poor trainings for those who join the company. Not a good place to work in terms of professionalism and work-life balance.

Firm provides flexible working hours, a great place to work; with all basic amenities for it employees. The top management is supportive and yet can manifest the growth of employees by better trainings for the roles they are in and give better perks.

Dislikes

The key thing is that the managers doesn't define KPI initially, neither mentor on subordinate weeknesses, finally bring them up during apraisal review. Infact there not enough training on new skills,management and quality training needed in the job market.

Job security is poor and work culture is good and it depends upon the managers and the company policies are good and your shift allowances are good.

Dislikes

Teammates are good and the training part will be very less and the job security is poor an there will be some career growth. Salary will be reasonable and good. Politics will be high and the work environment and work life balance are good.

Management has no idea where or how to take the company forward. No proper structure or hierarchy is followed. Some departments don't have a work culture/ process to follow. All the management cares about us if you have billing hours for the day. Even after working for 30+ continuous hours all they care about is if the file is delivered and zero concerns about employee without any support from management. If you are in the begining of the career, Safran is ok, because there lot of departments in there which you can learn and horn your skills, provides you are from mechanical or aernautical background.

Dislikes

There is zero work culture in this company. HR are totally useless and biased. Managers are the meanest you will get in the Bangalore. They dont have neither ethics nor decency to manage a given wrk. A totally poilitical satired company. There is no value for your opinion or concern
