Stress Engineer - Hand Calculations (Classical Approach)

Job Description:

We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in classical hand calculations to join our team.

Candidates must have a solid foundation in Strength of Materials and Free Body Diagram (FBD) concepts to perform high-quality calculations and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand calculations using classical approaches based on Strength of Materials principles and Free Body concepts.
• Interpret technical requirements and analyze loads and their behaviors effectively.
• Execute and validate classical analysis approaches for metallic components without relying on specific tools.
• Conduct static and fatigue calculations using classical methods, with experience in aerospace industry being an added advantage.
• Review and validate calculations for Aircraft Landing Gear components (preferred).

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in classical hand calculations.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of static and fatigue analysis using classical methods.
• Proficiency in Strength of Materials concepts.
• Experience working with aircraft landing gear components is a plus.
