Job security is poor and work culture is good and it depends upon the managers and the company policies are good and your shift allowances are good.
Teammates are good and the training part will be very less and the job security is poor an there will be some career growth. Salary will be reasonable and good. Politics will be high and the work environment and work life balance are good.

The working hours are flexible.
1. Compensation is not good. Men are paid way better than women for the same job. 2. They don't care about your skill set or interests. They put you on any project purely based on manpower requirement. 3. There is too much politics. They will cancel your employment any time they want to. No job security. Job security is assured onlyif you sign a bond. 4. Both technical and HR managements are very very poor. They don't care about the employees. Safran is Great—Except in India If you get an opportunity with Safran outside India, it could be a great career move. But Safran India? It’s a different story. Think carefully before making a decision.
A Warning to Anyone Considering SESI I had the misfortune of working at Safran Engineering Services India, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a healthy, productive work environment to think twice before joining. Here’s why: Toxic Work Culture – Leadership is disconnected, micromanagement is rampant, and employees are treated as disposable. Favoritism and office politics decide your fate, not your skills. Fake Policies & No Professionalism – They have a relieving policy, but guess what? They don’t follow it. They’ll let you go without prior notice when it suits them. But if you try to leave? Good luck. Clueless & Stubborn Management – Managers don’t actually know what they’re doing. They hide behind SOPs, rejecting any logical improvements with, “This is already proven, no need to change.” Innovation? Not here. Exploitative Salary Hike System – Their cycle for increments is in April, but they intentionally hire people between August and October. Why? So they can tell you, “You need one more year to be eligible for a hike.” Management Runs on Politics, Not Performance – If you’re hoping for fair treatment, forget it. The upper management only listens to managers, who have been stuck in this company for over 10 years. No fresh ideas, no accountability—just a cycle of bad decisions. Zero Training, Full Expectations – They don’t bother to explain your work, but they expect you to finish it anyway. Confused? Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. While every point you mentioned here can be countered, we will touch upon a few of them here. Innovation: Safran Engineering Services India (SES India) has a very high priority for innovation and for the past few years did exceedingly well in innovation contests not only at company level but also at group level. Currently the innovation initiatives for SES (not just for SES India) are being headed by a leader based out of our office. Salary hike: Your statement that we hire most of employees in Aug - Oct to avoid increment is not correct. I can assure you that our hiring and salary fitment practices take into account factors such as increment cycles etc so that the process is fair and just. Policies: We at SES India are committed to the contents of our policies and are accountable for executing them without any bias. Employee has right to question if any of the policy terms are not met. You can mail to HR team of SES India with your concerns and we will address the same with utmost confidentiality. We are very much open for constructive criticism that can help us work towards improving employee experience. However, baseless allegations and unsubstantiated statements should be avoided.
