There is no job security on the job, I joined this group in August-2021, and from that period, all the employees were forced to work for at least 12 hours a day due to EPC (that's fine) but at the time of joining they commit that they provide C-Off for that but they don't give any C-Off to any Employees. Even all the employees are condition is same. No canteen facility is available in the plant area. No work-life balance....Read More
