Nothing to Likes. After joined any one realized worst his/her times.

Dislikes

Management is very bad, especially HR management. It is absolutely horrible, constantly surprising employees with unexpected decisions. They do not provide proper job roles and unnecessarily force employees to perform irrelevant tasks that are not part of their job profiles. Middle management is the worst, and favoritism is a major issue.

Only good thing for me here is that i got to work on a project in very initial stage and if things work out i may see it getting finished.

Dislikes

So many things. Firstly company has no employee-friendly policies. All the management think about is their own benefit even. They don't want to appreciate employee's efforts or even motivate them.
