The only things i feel the shortages of employees to handle and track the work. Because of small department size we have huge responsibility to do the tasks and liabilities. But the other things is very well to the employee that they have not only the knowledge about any one also about the other departments work planning, strategy also. I'm multitasking, i have knowledge about quality also about productions. So shortages od staff employees also could be huge experience to grow up with awesome planning and strategy mindset....Read More

My work life is very awesome, i got so many things within 2 years just because of my technical sound and Sadashiv environment to be better employee. I worked with my team and by my good grasping Power and techniques explored hear.
