I have been working at S.H. Engitech Private Limited for six months till now (April 2023), and I must say that it has been a great experience. One of the things that I like most about this company is the excellent work-life balance that it offers. The management here truly understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and they go out of their way to ensure that we enough time for ourselves and our families. Moreover, the work culture here is simply amazing. The team spirit and camaraderie among the colleagues are simply outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, which makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. The management is truly exceptional, and they provide us with all the support we need to perform at our best. They are also great leaders who appreciate their employees and motivate us to do better. Additionally, the salary and benefits package at S.H. Engitech Private Limited is very competitive. The company offers various perks, such as flexible working hours, alternate Saturday off, medical insurance, and performance-based bonused on top of separate Diwali bonus, accommodations and transportation facilities, which make it a great place to work. Overall, it has been a great experience. However, one thing that can be challenging is the fast-paced work culture that comes with working for S.H. Engitech Pvt. Ltd. which is growing rapidly. We are expected to be agile and adaptable to the ever changing needs of the business, which can be stressful at times. Furthermore, as the company is still in the process of improving its systems, there are occasional hiccups and inefficiencies that we need to work around. However, I must say that the management is actively working on resolving these issues, and I have seen significant improvements in the past few months. Once all these improvements are in place, I am confident that the company will be able to operate smoothly and flawlessly. Overall, while there are certainly some challenges that come with working for a rapidly growing company, I believe that the benefits of working at S.H. Engitech Pvt. Ltd. far outweigh and drawbacks.
