I like the skills they are providing to an employee. Especially freshers. A fresher can learn much more things with a good hand income if he/she can crack their interview. Atleast he/she could have minimum fundamental knowledge to get a job here. Ontime salary, performance basis increments, skill development etc.

Performance basis increment is good but at least a minimum amount should be countered. You can't maintain Work life balance. No office Holliday,
