I like the skills they are providing to an employee. Especially freshers. A fresher can learn much more things with a good hand income if he/she can crack their interview. Atleast he/she could have minimum fundamental knowledge to get a job here. Ontime salary, performance basis increments, skill development etc.

Appraisal is good compare to other consultants in Bhubaneswar specially in Highway and Structure department. Salary on time in 7th of every month. Initially for career upgrad it is a good company.

1. No work culture, you feel like you are slave in this company. 2. No specific HR policy, Leave policy as per industry standard. 3. Only 4 public holidays in entire calendar month, i.e Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day and Diwali. 4. They don't contribute Employer share for PF, it will deducted from your CTC. 5.
