S.J.I.S. is a wonderful organisation which stands on strong ethical values .I got hundreds of learning and growth opportunities as it gives a free hand to it's employees if you are working towards the betterment of students . Work enviorment has been condusive . Though from monetary angle it is not parrallal to other organisationsbut if you are not passionate about children's growth it will definitely give you most satisfactory experience ....Read More

Nothing as such .The whole experience was what I had hoped for .

Work Details

As a principal I was responsible for administrative and academic growth .from appointments to planning to execution.everything was my responsibilty .It required sometimes to interact with other brances of St Joseph group ,which are within the city .

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
