Most of the staffs and colleagues are very friendly and helpful which creates a joyous environment.

Dislikes

Have to work overtime for many instances and no extra pay. Salary is usually not received on time and many a times deductions are made without any reason or error on their side and takes months for refund. Issues in salary hike.

Incompetent family members are sitting at administrative positions. Since the family members are not from technical background, they do not understand the intensity of the work. They always look down on employees. They have huge ego issues. Reimbursements and salary payments are too late.
