I have mixed experience here. No complaints with the company. S&P takes good care of its employees. It has a good leave policy, wellbeing plans, free subscription to LinkedIn learning, Utility allowance, IT allowances, etc. It is providing really good support during this pandemic. The only thing is that if you get into a good team you'll be happy. Otherwise, it's really difficult to work with managers with a political mindset. Micro-management in few teams. Managers with no domain experience are leading the team. Unimaginery targets. No work-life balance due to extremely high target.

When I worked there at beginning the place is amazing for new bee in corporate world. But as and when you seek growth you find that with work you have to bee updated after some time finance knowledge is not enough you should be updated when corona hits first year was ok but after that termination started , I saw that with 15 year of experience a senior Data Researcher II is been fired which is one of the people who started the whole stream of EMEA banking that time I shook off and lose confidence in my self which was taken advantage by peers by saying that you might be the next in next termination wave. So as and when I get new opportunity I resigned without thinking much. When control was local the Management decisions was more appropriate as per individuals but when it goes inter office in anather State the digital difference not seeing the overall perspective. That's why I rated job security 2 stars. Work was good enough but pay was not appropriate new hires were given advantage over old employees. They try to hide salaries but every one is from one or anather college so obviously everyone knows everything. Even the city wise pay is not good if some people are working away from his own Town the basic challenge is living standards which does not match wheather it is ahmedabad or Hyderabad. Both are costly for the ones who doesn't live there permanently. That's why I rated that low. Work life balance in is amazing for my job role because if leaves and to be able to avail it as and when required. That's why I rated highly there.
