The top management of S&P in new york always tries to bring new products and adds value to the company, employee pro policies... holds meetings at regular intervals with all managers and communicates the happenings within the company & globally.
Dislikes
The senior management in India is fully biased and they formed as a batch and target existing people, giving priority to replace current management positions with their friends/favourites. Right now the Job security is very poor, earlier it is not the case. Instead of looking into the actual scenario, tries to exaggerate the improvements and push the people hard.

There is no job security and the management is forcing for manpower saving and that has become the major goal for performance, all the senior management in India is doing with favoritism and acting against Hyderabad manager and doing favor to Ahmadabad people i.e. all ex SNL guys and elevating them from all the corners.
Dislikes
Funniest thing in the current situation is none in the senior management (SNL folks) of fundamentals are thinking towards new product developments, customer experiences rather they talk more on people development with managers for which nothing has been spent from company side except linked in learning. As they don't have any fundamental knowledge they are not worrying towards the same. At present they are talking on new collection application development for which they have give more manpower savings as their goal, but in reality whatever the kind of savings the managers are giving in the current application they are projecting them as the result of new application development....Read More

Likes
Earlier when it was CapitalIQ, the Management was very friendly and all agents improved their technical skills. Now after it’s become S&P Global, the company has taken a U turn.
