They have good policy for employee benefits and paid at par with market standards and compared to their competitors. They provide ok work life balance

Dislikes

Lack of work satisfaction, more repetitive work. In some of the locations there is micro-management. Not that great in terms of company culture, managers keep on poking you based on your salary feels like they are paying from thier pockets. Every location has different policies.
