Great supportive team members. The company fosters a collaborative environment where colleagues are always willing to help each other, share knowledge, and work together to achieve common goals. Another aspect that I like about working at S&P Global is the company's commitment to providing excellent facilities and resources for its employees.
One of the aspect that I dislike about S&P Global is unfair treatment of employees. It seems that management tends to play favourites, which leads to an unhealthy work environment. This favorititism can manifest in various ways, such as certain employees receiving preferential treatment, promotions, or opportunities for growth, while others are overlooked or undervalued. Another issue is the unfair distribution of workload. Some employees are burdened with an excessive amount of work, while others have a lighter workload. This imbalance not only affects the overall productivity of the team but also leads to employee burnout and dissatisfaction....Read More
