One of the aspect that I dislike about S&P Global is unfair treatment of employees. It seems that management tends to play favourites, which leads to an unhealthy work environment. This favorititism can manifest in various ways, such as certain employees receiving preferential treatment, promotions, or opportunities for growth, while others are overlooked or undervalued. Another issue is the unfair distribution of workload. Some employees are burdened with an excessive amount of work, while others have a lighter workload.
