Likes

The Executive Leadership Team is excellent at operating the business. Always listens to employee voice and implements best practices, provides benefits to employees according to a market survey. Each year getting better and better in terms of expansion, employee growth, and providing excellent customer service by adopting the technological changes.

Dislikes

Nothing on the dislike side, but providing long-term rotations to experienced and senior resources who are excellent in their domain & functional areas. Probably this kind of opportunity will create great value for Ryan in the future.

Ryan India has become forward thinking and fast moving firm and feel the skills are well suited to this situation. Secondly, the leaders allow you to innovate, finally, there are variety of opportunities created by the management.

Dislikes

The work is dynamic by nature and adhoc projects require constant planning and be on the toes. While this is an area of opportunity, it is also a strong area to build plans proactively and manage the deliverables.

Work Details

I am responsible in effective planning and directing the resources to manage the client deliverables. I guide the supervisors so that the Practice level goals and objectives are timely met. Drive performance management and take critical decisions.

The culture of accountability is great and it does offer excellent work flexibility along with opportunities to learn and improve.

Dislikes

Compensation can be a little better, even though the facilities and other benefits are good.

we work as an extension of the US team which directly works with the clients and we serve our internal teams in the US.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
