Ruralshores will never allow a person to work as per SOP explained at the time of interview, They don't want qualified professionals, They don't want persons who works sincerely as per company Norms All the Management people are corrupted and they work for bribe. If any employee working sincerely means, they'll lose their bribe, so the employee will be removed without any proper reasons and procedures. They'll say that they Abide to SOP, but the truth is they Abide to money only......Read More

There is a lot of politics and they never encourage south people to grow up... If you ask for salary on time, you are a culprit to the company. Person with ZERO expectations and with ZERO responsibilities.....can work here... I'll never recommend this to any one....
