Should be ready to work in rotational week off’s.
Shifts (8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM,11 AM to 8 PM)
Hindi speaking will be added advantage°Excellent verbal and written communication .Ability to listen attentively, empathize, and articulate solutions in English. Upsell and cross-sell services. Coordinate with depts to meet customer needs.°
