Politics played by higher authority if you work hard they won't ancarage and our hard work go to the higher authority that's way I left the job

Who is senior in the department they have to bow before junior officer who is not having knowledge and up coming by reservation and spooling the higher authority.if we work hard the credit goes to them is a bad practice in the department.
