First of all its a UP state Government Department. The work of this department is construction of village roads, small buildings, schools, anganwadi, sauchalaya etc. in rural areas. Level of Technical staff are JE, AE, EE, SE, CE and Director and non technical staff are clerical staff. Salary is hike, Full co-ordination by staff, work environment is moderate.You have to work at the site. Innovation in construction of roads is done.
