I have been associated with Ruia Group for last 15years as an admin & PR and b my own experience i can say that this organisation has many things to offer to its employees. Amicable environment, work exposure, interaction with outside works including Ministries, bureaucrats and other liasioning opportunities. Ruia Group is a group with exposure to various industry. One can develop his knowledge not only in his own field but also other fields which in the normal course of service will never get exposure to in other organisations. For example in other organisation employees are only asked to focus on their job and not to involve in other matters. But in Ruia Group if the employee wants to grow and develop his skills, he is given full support and at times the Managing Director and Chairman also encourage employees to come up with how they want to contribute to the Group benefits as well develop his or her own knowledge and experience. Most important for employees the pay scale is very attractive and the Group gives full value to the qualification and experience at the time of joining if the candidate is found suitable to the requirement. Ruia Group believes in discipline which is not understood by employees at time and they feel that the Group does not give leisure time. But once we step into the office we should focus on our work instead of wasting time gossiping around. This is mostly with the fresh comers because of inexperience but later they understand the value of discipline and also find it applicable to their home life.

If at any time because of work load we are required to stayback to complete our assignments we are always encouraged so that the work can be completed in time. Depending on the importance of work we are also provided transport facility and snacks as well.

Likes

The environment is strict but supportive for those who enjoy working and are willing to give their best in work life. Timings may be an issue when work load is high. However in such situations management provides fooding and conveyance for the employees working till late. Some times salary gets delayed as in other organisations also but usually it is well on time.
