They don't pay salary, nobody receives call, nobody gives any reply on email. They call, and assign you work. After completing project they don't make the payment. Neither they receive call nor they give any reply on email. Worst organisation.

I like the training which I have done over 2 months here and got promoted as an employee..

Dislike of Rubicon company is like in a date 3 to 4 time just we have to do the login logout of break.. And once we miss that they will deduct the salary of 400 for and everytime only doing the calling for candidates I don't like.. But also I have learnt the few things very well here..

RM's language is very harsh , very rude . 1-2 Days hardly they giving tranning and after that they only give data for calling ,& all time calling. After some days it fells like i am working in a B.P.O call center , if data used to get over then immediately they give data for calling , no rest , even for every short of thing they ask to mail .There is no single holiday in any program , so uneducated for chirstmas they are giving holiday at 24th dec <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Most imp they only find a scope to cut salary </mark>. Doing check in check out and sending report 3 times in a day is most irritating , and if we don't do those on time , they deduct salary , and they don't even open the report and see , and if there is any mistake in the report then also they will not poke you . Most 3rd class company , clients are also same , Total wastage of time , not even good for start up also . TL speaks rubbish about RM infront of the employee , They say us to make fake acc for work , Except calling in these 6 month i did nothing . RM used to give us thread that she will make us out from the job , After working 6 months they didnot gave me my payroll slip and not even experience letter . RM is a big lier . Dhaniya and Praver never came to see what work we are doing ,& They didn't had a single metting with us . TL had her common word that RM is shouting upon her everytime , she don't used to do any single work , not even QC . She used to give all her work pressure upon us . please take the review seriously and don't waste your energy and time over here . 0 scale of communication skill and seniors they don't even know how to speak proper in english , Highly unprofessional . After working for 8hrs they give only 11,800 and RM say's that any other company will not provide more then this . Meetings are held over conference so cheap . No job security at all. They can anytime ask you to put down papers. Also there is no herarchy to be followed any one can ask questions to anyone. HR themselves suggest to look for something else and leave this company. In my 6 plus month's of experience I have seen 6 HR resigning. And if the project fails they will blame you for it. All freshers they prefer to hire but when it comes to delivering numbers they assume that you should be Pro HOD's seems to be not calibrated among themselves and are always ready to blame it on their subordinates. Salary date is 1st of every month but i never got it before 5th of every month and due to which i missed on paying my EMI's. The worst part is if you miss on taking break due to any reason your whole day salary is deducted. When working on a higher role it is obvious that due to meetings and other work load u tend to forget to take break and this is where they hit you on commercial. You should mandatorily take 3 breaks if u miss to take even 1 your that day salary will be deducted no matter how hard u might have worked. Worst company I've ever worked with, Dipika Patil is very unprofessional and very bad company... They do not follow their words given at the time of job offering regarding salary and job role
