There is no likes only cons by the i am still cursing my self why i joined the company. I was associated with Pune Maharashtra. Salary is low no work culture ethics. They are totally unprofessional and inexperienced.

The team is unprofessional they do not check emails only timepaas they don't know how to perform their task on right time very lazy team. They even Don't know how to write an email. Very low salary. Specially Pune team are pathetic culture.

Nothing to like in the organization. They promise a travel expense policy, and then forget about it. They make you travel long hours and provide for it, and then say it doesn't fit in our policy so we can't reimburse it. These people won't even pay you for the work you did as per the contract!

Payment is still pending from their end after 2 months. Their one employee named Komal who handles payments is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Other employees are okay when it comes to professionalism, however, company lacks ethics and doesn't provode payments to the freelance trainers. Doesn't understand how a contract signing process occurs and when it should be signed, before or after 2 months of the training. These people keep hiring new trainers and then give them 1 training assignment, and don't pay them. That's their game for cost reduction....Read More

No job security at all. They can anytime ask you to put down papers. Also there is no herarchy to be followed any one can ask questions to anyone. HR themselves suggest to look for something else and leave this company. In my 6 plus month's of experience I have seen 6 HR resigning. And if the project fails they will blame you for it. All freshers they prefer to hire but when it comes to delivering numbers they assume that you should be Pro HOD's seems to be not calibrated among themselves and are always ready to blame it on their subordinates. Salary date is 1st of every month but i never got it before 5th of every month and due to which i missed on paying my EMI's. The worst part is if you miss on taking break due to any reason your whole day salary is deducted. When working on a higher role it is obvious that due to meetings and other work load u tend to forget to take break and this is where they hit you on commercial. You should mandatorily take 3 breaks if u miss to take even 1 your that day salary will be deducted no matter how hard u might have worked. No proper culture, no career growth, they hire for different position and make employees do bpo callings 8 hrs without appreciating the hardwork of the recruiters.
