Nothing to like in the organization. They promise a travel expense policy, and then forget about it. They make you travel long hours and provide for it, and then say it doesn't fit in our policy so we can't reimburse it. These people won't even pay you for the work you did as per the contract!

Payment is still pending from their end after 2 months. Their one employee named Komal who handles payments is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Other employees are okay when it comes to professionalism, however, company lacks ethics and doesn't provode payments to the freelance trainers. Doesn't understand how a contract signingprocess occurs and when it should be signed, before or after 2 months of the training. These people keep hiring new trainers and then give them 1 training assignment, and don't pay them. That's their game for cost reduction....Read More

The only thing I like there the nature of my TL who is very helpful to me.

They only think about their QC selects they only want their target complete anyhow, as many employees are working hard their but they literally don't care about their employees, if the employee won't complete the target they say to resign the job.

There is nothing to say negative about Rubicon because I am a fresher candidate and Rubicon have been gave me the chance to enhance my communication skills, my knowledge about professional writing skills and other things.
