Likes

Team at Rubicon is pretty supportive. They helped me to grow professionally. They most important thing I learned during all this time was building people’s skill. My seniors at Rubicon supported to work independently right from getting my team onboard and executing my plans.

Dislikes

I think providing more resources on time might solve many problems and make it easier for focusing on particular domain. And giving Saturday off would increase productivity at work.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
