This organization just take advantage of your situation don't pay salary on time.Timings are strict and work life balance is zero .They expect 100% hardwork from you but they don't promise any job security or even salary. Pathetic team lead Swetha Karri she only thinks about her own benefits will never listen to your issues only speak about her own benefits. Lol nothing cos to like a company they need to exist in the market,they run their so called company in a useless claustrophobic co working space with just 10-15 emp and hilarious part is they cal themselves a skill development company😂All the bad reviews are the honest reviews and the good ones are the 10-15 employes and their relatives/friends who post on their behalf😆its like a corporate small north korean cos we hav to dance according to them.came across first company who asks you take a selfie weneva you login n logout from start and end of ur shift including breaks and if u dont take it on time and selfie is blurred then salary its gone like honestly gone.als none of them no english except the owner dhaaniya n mosin and the rest agents are all in marathi..worse then a domestic company....Read More

U have to be on time but logout time is according to them.there are people who com from 20-25km and travel by bus and stil hav to wait till 9-10pm and that too female employees.No concern and safety at all and saturdy compulsory working. There is no likes only cons by the i am still cursing my self why i joined the company. I was associated with Pune Maharashtra. Salary is low no work culture ethics. They are totally unprofessional and inexperienced.

The team is unprofessional they do not check emails only timepaas they don't know how to perform their task on right time very lazy team. They even Don't know how to write an email. Very low salary. Specially Pune team are pathetic culture.
