Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a gaming arcade for chilling where we play TT and carrom.

Leave Policy is good. Felt learning here somewhat better.

There are numerous things that I want to write here: Too much politics in this company. I personally want to advise them to work especially in this area. Less job security. They can hold/cut your salary/increment without any prior notice. They sometimes show so much obsession with their religion(as they are US-based and Catholic by religion). They also have assigned the employees Christian names(hope you understands :)). Less Pay Scale. I personally don't want to mention this but they always are ready to spend their money on less necessary things but they don't give much to their employees....Read More
