1)The Company never giving any false information to the clients by way of Equipments. The Company possess GPS,Air monitoring machine so the information posted is totally wrong. 2) Person joined RSP Green Development and Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as a junior Geologist/Geologist and after joining they cannot perform his duties to the satisfaction of the company, so they leaves the company without giving any notice period. 3) The behaviour of the General Manager is good. 4) The company is running from 2017 and successfully completed all the projects taken by the Company upto the satisfaction of the customer. 5) The company is very much helpful and cooperative in all the matters. 6) The company already clears the January 2023 salary of all the employees so there is no back log. 7) The company has never creating any pressure to the employees for submitting the resignation. 8) The company is serving their consultancy mostly all the state so if the performance & eithers of the company is not good the company cannot bagged the order of the other state....Read More

Nothing. Very bad environment.. filthy politics. No job security. They don't even give the salary regularly. Last year I quit and they didn't gave my 2 month salary yet. I have contacted MD, general manager several times but they didn't even respond. And this doesn't happen just with me they did the same thing with all of the employees.

Management is very bad, poor salary structure and also didn't pay their employees on time, every month salary delay is normal in this office and they are doing illegal work. No one should join this company. No company growth and also they do not have much work to pay for the employees.
