0verall its a good place to work however one can feel stagnent after a point and the work policies can be felt bit immature as they work kore like a startup than a matur organisation. No worklife balance. No competitive salary.

Only the health insurance literally nothing else

Management is pathetic they make your life miserable at each and every point. HR won't even listen again manager or director even if they harras you So you can think how much toxicity is there in RSM If your Director is good they you can survive else you won't FDD and all verticals under it are VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY inhuman and won't even listen to your issues

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
